Bored with celebrity makeup, Robin Black began documenting her makeup artistry through intimate photo sessions with her subjects, ranging from models to musicians, artists and actors. After requests from agents around the world for these images, Robin created downloadable images links on her new blog ‘Beauty is Boring'. She quickly gained a following and was contacted by brands and publications to create images for editorial and campaigns. Her work has been featured in a range of publications including Vogue, Vogue Italia, Elle, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Interview, L’Officiel, and Vanity Fair.
