19/99 Beauty ships within Canada, United States, and United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Our flat rate for standard shipping is:

• Canada: Flat rate of $7 CAD
• United States: Flat rate of $5 USD
• United Kingdom: Flat rate of £4
• Free shipping over $50 USD, $75 CAD, and £40 GBP

East Coast shipping takes 2-4 business days. West Coast shipping takes 5 - 8 business days. UK orders ship with 48 hour Royal Mail.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@1999beauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help make it right.

Returns & Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Please include your order number when reaching out to us.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging for return consideration (unless defective).

• We do not accept returns for items marked “final sale,” except when damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved for the refund to appear.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct 19/99 Beauty product at no additional cost.

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the item, if possible

We’ll ensure the correct product is shipped to you or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
