Refund policy

 

All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, in which case we will offer a replacement or refund. However we want you to be happy with your order, so if you wish to return something, please reach out to hello@1999beauty.com. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To process a return, please include your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
