Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 19/99 Beauty. Below you’ll find details about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship orders to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

Orders are shipped from the nearest 19/99 Beauty fulfillment center to your region when possible to minimize customs delays and shipping times.

We primarily use USPS, Canada Post, and Royal Mail, as well as trusted local partners for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our flat rate for standard shipping is:

    • Canada: Flat rate of $7 CAD, free shipping over $75 CAD
    • United States: Flat rate of $5 USD, free shipping over $50 USD
    • United Kingdom: Flat rate of £4, free shipping over £40 GBP

East Coast shipping takes 2-4 business days. West Coast shipping takes 5 - 8 business days. UK orders ship with 48 hour Royal Mail.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We currently ship orders domestically within the U.S., Canada, and U.K.
This means you will not incur any import duties, customs fees, or international handling charges on your order.

Applicable GST/HST (Canada), or VAT (U.K.) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. These taxes are collected in accordance with local regulations and remitted as required by law.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after you receive your confirmation.

 

Order Issues & Delivery Problems

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@1999beauty.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable), and

  • A short description of the problem.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct 19/99 Beauty products.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, 19/99 Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you can’t locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local postal office.

  2. Contact the carrier directly for support.

  3. If you still need assistance, email us at hello@1999beauty.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items marked pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will appear on the product page.
You’ll receive a separate email notification once your pre-order has shipped.
