This weightless translucent powder can be applied on top of the PRECISION COLOUR PENCIL to stop colour transfer and increase wear-time, or can be applied to skin to eliminate shine. The super finely-milled silica allows the translucent shade to work across skin tones to set makeup without altering the colour, and to absorb oil.
