Great product, but whoa too much plastic y'all

"I love my first order from 1999. But I am kind of shocked by how much plastic there is in these? like the stick is 80% empty, and so it's a tiny amount of product. I don't mind that because it lasts, but can you figure out a way to just sell refills, because I love this makeup, but I can't imagine being a customer for life if you don't engineer these sticks better. You could reduce waste by 70% if you just let us buy refills for the sticks. Please consider this as you design in the future. love love love your stuff, and I want to be a loyal customer, but it's 2026 and I know you can do something really innovative! love you!"
