"All other 19/99 products I've tried is 5 stars but this eyeliner is disappointing unfortunately. It's texture is too dry, I have to shake it to get the liquid out and even then it doesn't really do the job. It's a pity because the tip and shape would be excellent otherwise. I'll be wearing it on days when I don't need my makeup to feel perfect."
